Materials:

3.75mm hook

Red heart super saver yarn in red and white

Safety eyes- oval

Needle or hot glue to attach spots


Abbreviations:

St- stitch

Inc- increase

Sc- single crochet

Blo- back loop only

Flo- front loop only

Dec- decrease

Fo- finish off

Sl- slip stitch

Dc- double crochet


This pattern is worked as one piece in the round from top down. Instructions inside ( ) will be repeated. Please link to this pattern if you make this little guy to sell or share online. 


Body

Start with red yarn

  • Make a magic ring and work 4 sc into it. (4)
  • Inc in each st around (8)
  • (sc in first st, inc in next st) 4 times to the end of round (12)
  • (sc in next two st, inc in next st) 4 times to the end of round (16)
  • (sc in next st, inc in next st) 8 times to end of round (24)
  • Sc in each st around (24)
  • (sc in next 3 st, inc in next st) 6 times to end of round (30)
  • sc in each st around in BLO (30)
*Change color of yarn to white and continue*
  • (sc in next 3 st, dec in next st) 6 times to end of round (24)
  • (sc in next 2 st, dec in next st) 6 times to end of round (18)
  • sc in ea st around in FLO (18)
  • (sc in next 2 st, inc in next st) 6 times to end of round (24)
  • sc in each st around (24)
  • (sc in next 3 st, inc in next st) 6 times to end of round (30)
  • sc in each st around (30)
  • (sc in next 4 st, inc in next st) 6 times to end of round (36)
  • sc in each st around for 3 rounds (36)
  • (sc in next 5 st, inc in next st) 6 times to end of round (42)
  • sc in each st around (42)
  • work 3 dc into each st all the way around (126)
  • sl into top of first dc to fo

*Attach safety eyes*

Make one of each


Spot 1:

              Into magic ring work 6 sc and sl into first st to join and fo (6)


Spot 2:

        1.   Into magic ring work 4 sc (4)

        2.   Inc in each st around, sl into first st to join and fo (8)


Spot 3:
        1.   Into magic ring work 6 sc (6)
        2.   Inc in each st around, then sl into first st to join and fo (12)


*When I sewed the spots on I turned them upside down because I thought it looked better- but do as you please*
